My pet requires extra visits and time. Can you provide this?
Yes! Unlike some other services, I will make myself available to accommodate your needs.
My pet needs daily insulin shots and other meds!
No problem. We are trained and experienced in the administration of medications, including insulin injections.
Do you charge for the initial consultation?
Absolutely not!
I have an emergency which requires me to leave town right away. Can you help?
Absolutely! Unlike others, short notice reservations are welcome and we don't charge extra.
How do I reserve your services?
Simple. Contact us and we will set up the initial interview at your convenience. All your questions and needs are addressed.
What if my pet gets ill while I am away?
First, you will be contacted immediately. Second, we are certified in emergency diagnosis and care.
This means we will assess your pets condition and administer care to help stabilize him/her. Then, if required,
we will transport your pet to your vet or the closest emergency animal hospital.
Who will be visiting our pet(s)?
Unlike other services, all visits are made by Ken or Candy Hartman. We do not have contracted help
so you can be comfortable with the assurance that your loved pet will receive the best of service.
Do you provide references that we may contact?
Great question. We have built a successful business by providing un-equalled care.

What about holidays? Others charge more!
Holidays and special occasions are why we are here. To charge more is ridiculous!
